Accessibility

CareBOS LLC ("CareBOS", "we") wants everyone who touches our software — agency office staff, caregivers, applicants, and families — to be able to use it, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That commitment covers:

What we do to get there

Known limitations

We're honest about the edges we're still working on:

Compatibility

CareBOS works with current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox, on desktop and mobile, and is tested with the built-in screen readers on those platforms (VoiceOver, TalkBack, Narrator). No plug-ins are required.

Tell us if something's in your way

If any part of CareBOS is hard to use with your assistive technology, we want to know — and we'll fix it or provide the information another way.

Write to accessibility@carebos.com — CareBOS LLC, 2187 US Highway 61, Festus, MO 63028. Please tell us the page you were on and what happened; we respond within two business days.

Caregivers and agency staff can also use the "Report a problem" button inside the app — it reaches the same team.
